In certain circumstances, usually involving excavation and building work, it is necessary for a building owner to serve a party wall notice (technically called an award) on one or more adjoining owners. This is because the building may have more than one owner. Advice can be provided in advance of development as to whether such a notice needs to be served. Our services in this respect flow through from serving notices, drawing up party wall awards and signing off the work on completion.
