BUSINESS RATE APPEALS

Nabarro McAllister undertake Business Rate Appeals on a “now win, no fee basis”. No up front costs are charged and preliminary advice will be provided as to the merits or otherwise in making an Appeal against your Rateable Value.

If considered appropriate an Appeal will be submitted to the Local Valuation Office and negotiations will take place with the Local Valuation Office. If a negotiated reduction cannot be achieved we will attend the Local Valuation Tribunal (if recommended by us).

On receipt of a reduction details will be provided as to the appropriate savings achieved as a result of the reduction in Rateable Value.
